On condition that the number of information processing apparatuses thus calculated can be allocated from the searched information processing apparatus used independently or the searched information processing apparatus group forming the cluster, the number of information processing apparatuses thus calculated is adopted as the number of information processing apparatuses used in the target system to be configured.
