A retractable cable mouse includes a casing, a cable reel member, a connector, a sliding member, and an elastic element. When the sliding member is moved to a first position, the connector is stored within the casing, and the sliding member is sustained against elastic element, so that the elastic element is compressed. When the sliding member is pulled out of the casing, the compressed elastic element provides an elastic force. In response to the elastic force, the sliding member is moved to a second position. Meanwhile, a perforation of the casing is blocked by sliding member, so that the external dust or foreign material fails to be introduced into the internal portion of the casing.
