An interface contract module generates an interface contract. The interface contract corresponds to an interface of a product that includes the first link. The interface contract defines the interface based on a bill of materials (BOM). An interface assembly module assembles modules including the provider module and the consumer module to generate the product. An interface viewing module displays logical and physical views of the product on a display at least one of before and after assembly of the product.
