The former has an acquisition part that acquires a requested frame rate for cases in which medical images are movie displayed on its display, and an designating part that designates an attention point with respect to one of the medical images displayed. The latter has a transmission speed measurement part that measures the data transmission speed between the former and the latter, an extraction part that, based on the requested frame rate, the attention point and the data transmission speed, extracts the region including the attention point for each of the medical images, and a transmission part that transmits an image of the extracted region to the display. The display displays, as a moving image, the images of the region extracted by said extraction part at said requested frame rate.
