In the case where the count time is less than the predetermined time, or in the case where the operating states of the display section 4 and the backlight 5 are coincident with them, a ring tone is outputted with first sound volume. In the case where the count time is the predetermined time or more, or in the case where the operating states of the display section 4 and the backlight 5 are not coincident with them, a ring tone is outputted with second sound volume.
