A quick-response, structurally advantageous drive device is thus achieved in that the differential gear is a self-locking differential gear and in that a speed-regulation drive, which changes the differential-side speed of 1:1 in the plus or minus direction based on dynamic performance parameters, is integrated into one of the output shafts, or in that speed-regulation drives, which alternately change the differential-side speed of 1:1 in the plus direction or in the negative direction based on dynamic performance parameters, are integrated into two output shafts.
