The hot-side element includes at least one first horizontal line extending from the hot-side feeding point in a horizontal direction, and at least one first vertical line extending from the hot-side feeding point in a direction away from the earth-side feeding point. The earth-side element includes at least one second horizontal line extending from the earth-side feeding point in the horizontal direction, and a third horizontal line extending from a tip of at least one second vertical line in the horizontal direction. The at least one second vertical line extends from the earth-side feeding point in a direction away from the hot-side feeding point.
