A water jet adjustment dial including a dial body rotatably is carried by the return fitting housing and has a dial opening communicating with the housing interior of the return fitting housing. At least one dial tab is carried by the dial body. A baffle includes a baffle stem in the housing interior of the return fitting housing and has a main stem segment and a terminal stem segment extending from the main stem segment. The terminal stem segment is disposed within a rotational path of the at least one dial tab. A baffle disk is carried by the baffle stem in the housing interior of the return fitting housing.
