Also, as a curved portion is formed at each end of the shields, concentration of an electric field at an end of each shield can be prevented and accordingly an electric field value can be lowered. Consequently, the dielectric strength can be remarkably enhanced, resulting in an effective prevention of a dielectric breakdown.
