A wall surface of the ventilation hole includes a slope surface section that has an increasing cross-sectional area, which progressively increases from an inner end to an outer end of the slope surface section toward an outer surface of the housing wall in a penetrating direction of the ventilation hole. Furthermore, a distance between the filter attachment portion and the outer surface is larger than that between the inner end of the slope surface section and the outer surface in the penetrating direction.
