In the heating apparatus, carbon nanotube heating elements for heating fluid flowing through a flow channel in a heating chamber are disposed at a heat transfer part. The contact area of the carbon nanotube heating elements and the heat transfer part is 50% or more of the contact area of the heat transfer part and the fluid. Therefore, it is possible to more efficiently heat the fluid.
