The present invention provides a ferritic stainless steel comprised of, by mass %, C: 0.001 to 0.02%, Si: 0.01 to 0.6%, Mn: 0.01 to 0.6%, P: 0.005 to 0.04%, S: 0.0001 to 0.01%, Cr: 13 to 22%, N: 0.001 to 0.02%, Al: 0.005 to 0.05%, Sn: 0.001 to 1%, and a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, which steel satisfies the following formulae: 0
