The device installation compartment plates are fixed onto the base plate, and form a plurality of installation regions for mounting a variety of devices of the vehicle onto the base plate. The battery accommodation compartment plate is fixed onto the base plate, and forms a region for accommodating a plurality of batteries in an inside thereof.
