In the second mode, the upper direction of the map on the screen is determined based on own vehicle direction, which is changed at a turn at the intersection. Based on information on a movable body in the intersection-surrounding area, the in-vehicle obstacle information notification apparatus determines whether to set the first mode or the second mode as a display mode of the display section.
