In a region (35) where the sealing member (26) is to be provided, a metal pattern (2) is provided which is configured to reflect infrared light emitted from a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer toward the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer in order to determine the presence or absence of the alignment film in the region (35).
