Even if bulges or recesses occur at the connection portion on an upper substrate owing to fluctuations or differences in thickness when adhering and connecting a wiring board, no bulge or recess occurs on the display sheet. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a touch panel which is easy to see and operate.
