The charging circuit is configured for charging the charging capacitor when the charge pump circuit is under a charging phase; and the pumping circuit is configured for coupling the charging capacitor charged in the charging phase to a pumping capacitor to generate an output voltage level at the pumping capacitor according to a potential difference stored in the charging capacitor, when the charge pump circuit is under a pumping phase.
