The light-shielding structure has a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, a third dielectric layer, a metal layer, a fourth dielectric layer, a fifth dielectric layer, and a sixth dielectric layer stacked sequentially in a direction from the first base to the active device array substrate. The first, second, and third dielectric layers have different thicknesses. The fourth, fifth, and sixth dielectric layers have different thicknesses.
