Inhaler for inhaling powdered medicaments from capsules, comprising a lower part (6), a plate (3) accommodated in the lower part (6), and a holder (18) inserted in the lower part (6), a mouthpiece (2) that can be latched to the lower part (6) on the plate (3), a cover (1) that covers the mouthpiece (2) in a closed position and latches by means of a closure element (14), the lower part (6) and the cover (1) being rotatably (4) connected to one another by a spindle (4), and an actuating member (7, 10) that can be moved from a resting position and set in motion and at the same time co-operates with at least one pin (8, 11) that can be stuck into the holder (18) and is located in a pin holder in the inner actuating member (10). In the holder (18) an exchangeable tube (22) can be inserted, as expulsion channel, which comprises a capsule chamber (21) with the capsule.
