The hollow sphere with a mesoporous structure comprises: a shell with plural mesopores penetrating the shell, wherein the shell comprises: a mesoporous silicon oxide material, and mesopores of the mesoporous silicon oxide material are arranged in Ia3d cubic symmetry. In addition, according to the method of the present invention, the aforementioned hollow sphere with the mesoporous structure can be easily obtained by use of mixed surfactants of a cationic surfactant and a non-ionic surfactant.
