At least two throttle points each having at least one throttle opening are formed in the valve body. The valve body includes a plurality of mutually parallel plates, with one of the parallel plates forming a valve sealing plate with the at least two valve seats of the open/close valves and another of the parallel plates forming a throttle plate with the throttle openings of the at least two throttle points. The valve sealing plate is made of a flexible material, such as plastic.
