An authentication device authenticates a caller's identity based on received information of the caller and an identifier generation device generates an identifier containing the caller's identity. The authentication information is supplied to a mobile telephone user acting as a callee. Therefore, the callee knows the caller's identity, thereby providing a secure delivering channel.
