The displaying order information is displaying order based on the storing time/date information. The document information is sorted in accordance with the storing time/date information in order from the old storing time/date information. on the basis of the storing time/date information of the document information, the document information in which a predetermined time has elapsed is displayed distinguishably from the document information in which the predetermined time has not elapsed.
