In formulae (1) to (5), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, or an aromatic group which may have a substituent, and R1 and R2may be combined to form an alkylene group, thereby forming a ring; and R3 and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, and R3 and R4 may be combined to form an alkylene group, thereby forming a ring.
