A moving image data recorded in the recording medium is searched, based on a designated search condition, a motion vector calculating position for blur correction is set to the searched moving image data based on the search condition, a motion vector of the searched moving image data is calculated based on the motion vector calculating position, a blur correction cut-out region of the searched moving image data is set based on the calculated motion vector and the searched moving image data is subjected to blur correction, and a moving image data subjected to the blur correction is output.
