The job managing device includes an information obtaining unit that obtains at least one of characteristic information or load information of the plurality of calculation devices, a job size determining unit that determines a job size to be allocated to each of the plurality of calculation devices based on the information obtained by the information obtaining unit, a job dividing unit that divides a job to be processed into divided jobs based on the job sizes determined by the job size determining unit, and a job distributing unit that distributes the divided jobs to the plurality of calculation devices.
