The cylinder head defines a combustion chamber, an intake port that communicates with the combustion chamber, and an exhaust port that communicates with the combustion chamber. The fuel injection valve is held by the cylinder head on a side extending from the exhaust port to the cylinder body. The fuel injection valve is arranged so as to supply a fuel mist directly to the combustion chamber by jetting the fuel mist toward the combustion chamber.
