The mold carriers are moved by means of at least one pair of toggle levers with two toggle lever mechanisms (K), which are driven in a closing direction (s-s) independently of one another each by a drive unit (A), wherein the toggle lever mechanisms (K) are mounted on a bearing plate (14). Since the bearing plate (14) is mounted on the injection-molding machine such that it can move along guides (28), and the drive units (A) are mounted on the movable bearing plate (14) on which the actuating elements for the at least two toggle lever mechanisms (K) are mounted, it is possible to influence the parallelism of the mold carriers both in the static and in the dynamic state.
