The light-guiding member is provided with a light-guiding portion provided at the outer circumferential portion of the light-guiding member and which reflects the light beam from the light source in the direction toward the rotation center of the indicator needle, so that portions of the indicator panel shine like strips, and the indicator panel and the light-guiding member are illuminated in a stereoscopic manner.
