A basket is attached to the pair of handle riser portions. A rear caster support includes a pair of rear caster legs joined by a crossbar. The pair of rear caster legs are connected one each to the pair of handle riser portions. A pair of rear casters are attached one each to the pair of rear caster legs. A pair of front casters are joined to the pair of frame side rail portions.
