The first plane is an extended plane of a front surface of an upper portion of the inner portion, and the second plane is a plane that contacts front surfaces of the upper frame member and the lower frame member. The first angle is an angle between the first and the second planes, and the second angle is an angle between a center line of a neck and a torso line of a dummy seated in the seat.
