A synchronous interlinking device includes a roller bracket positioned at the central track and a roller featuring flexibility and elasticity, pivoted to the roller bracket, and allowing both sides to resist the lower track's knurl pattern and the external track's knurl pattern. The synchronous interlinking device completes smooth and accurate relative slides based on a synchronous triple-track interlinking operation among the lower track, the central track and the external track.
