Portions crossed and defined by the scan lines, the data lines and the power supply lines are provide with display regions. The display region is formed with an organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode includes an anode layer, and a conductive layer is formed on the power supply line. The anode layer of the organic light emitting diode and the conductive layer are etched and formed on the same basis of a material layer.
