The apparatus, in one embodiment, includes a chassis having a front configured to accept one or more circuit boards, a back, and first and second sides. The apparatus, in this embodiment, further includes one or more slots located within the chassis, each slot configured to receive one of the circuit boards at an angle with respect to the first and second sides. The slots, in this embodiment, at least partially define a first plenum opening to the front and a second plenum opening to the back. The apparatus additionally includes a fan assembly coupled to one of the first plenum or the second plenum.
