The magnetic field unit is fastened to a mounting such that a longitudinal axis of the magnetic field unit, together with a vertically extending axis, forms an angle of no more than +45 degrees, and the magnetic field unit and the patient can be adjusted relative to each other such that the magnetic field unit can be moved to a position surrounding the head of the patient.
