The instruction unit transmits the generated cooperation processing information to the information processing apparatus, and instruct the information processing apparatus about a process. The acquisition unit acquires from the information processing apparatus response information corresponding to the cooperation processing information. The instruction unit specifies a process to be processed next based on the response information acquired by the acquisition unit, and instructs the information processing apparatus about the specified process.
