The power control unit is driven by power supplied from a power source. The power switch outputs a detection signal to the power control unit. The timer unit outputs a switch-on signal for giving an instruction to turn on the switch. The power supply switch switches between connection and non-connection of the power source and a load. The connection instruction unit outputs a connection instruction signal for connecting the power source to the load. The power control unit outputs a stop signal for stopping the output of the switch-on signal to the timer unit before a time point at which the predetermined time elapses when the power is supplied from the power source. The power control unit outputs the switch-on signal to the connection instruction unit.
