The apparatus comprises a platform, bottom receptacles to provide for transport by a forklift, at least one holder for a fuel tank, at least two holders for tanks for water storage, at least one support for a heater, at least one water heater with a cover and a vent, and a grated floor area under the water heater support to allow for drainage of the water heater.
