The base station connects to a mobile station. The network station power adjustment apparatus determines a synchronization time transformation function according to the connection status between the base station and the mobile station, and further transforms a Signal-Noise ratio between the base station and the mobile station into a synchronization time correspondingly. When the network station power adjustment apparatus determines that the synchronization time is greater than a threshold, the network station power adjustment apparatus transmits a power adjustment signal to the base station so that the base station lowers a base station down-link synchronization channel transmitting power accordingly.
