The second working region including first partitioning regions is arranged intermittently in a cross direction orthogonal to the machine direction and adhesive outlets each defined between each pair of the adjacent first partitioning regions. The third working region includes second partitioning regions arranged intermittently in the cross direction downstream of the first partitioning regions and stepped regions each defined between each pair of the adjacent second partitioning regions.
