The first member includes a first graft-engaging surface extending from a first end to a second end of the first member. The second member includes a second graft-engaging surface extending from a first end to a second end of the second member. The first graft-engaging surface and the second graft-engaging surface define a graft-accepting through-passage with a longitudinal axis extending therethrough when the first member is secured to the second member.
