The speed reducing portion has a speed reducing mechanism, which is arranged in a gear housing. The speed reducing mechanism outputs drive force produced by a rotary shaft of the motor portion with the rotating speed of the rotary shaft reduced by the speed reducing mechanism. A brush holder includes a support pillar projecting toward the gear housing and an urging member that urges the feeder brush against the commutator. A positioning portion for positioning the brush holder with respect to the gear housing in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction is formed at a distal end portion of the support pillar.
