Subsequently, measuring S30 and storing S40 at least a subset of said identified scheduling loop output signals and said identified scheduling loop input signals. Finally, controlling S50 the plurality of user equipment of said scheduling loop based on optimization of a criterion dependent of said determined dynamic space state model, said stored scheduling loop input signal, and said stored scheduling loop output signals.
