In one embodiment, the lens includes a first surface, a second surface that bends a light emitted from a light source with the first surface, a third surface that bends the light emitted from the light source with the first surface and a fourth surface coupled to the second surface and the third surface that bends the light emitted from the light source with the first surface. The first surface and the second surface are dioptric. The first surface and the third surface are dioptric. The first surface and the fourth surface are catadioptric.
