The method includes storing identity information and customer information for a plurality of femto base stations, generating, when location information of the corresponding femto base stations are received, at least one cluster including at least one of the femto base stations according to the customer information and location information, sharing the identity information of the corresponding femto base station in the cluster. The method is capable of supporting handover between femto base stations so as to secure reliable communication service connectivity for the terminal on the move.
