Then, the server associates and stores in the memory the set tag ID, location information of the illumination device transmitting the tag ID, content supposed to be provided. Subsequently, the server receives the tag ID and location information transmitted from a portable terminal, determines the content to transmit based on the received location information and the element stored in the memory, and transmits the determined content to the portable terminal.
