The two pivoting points between the link and the first and second transmission members are respectively deviated from the two connection points between the first and second transmission member and the first and second shaft, so that when the hinge is used in a flip-up electronic apparatus and the cover member of the electronic apparatus is opened from the base member thereof, the first shank can be turned about the second shaft, smoothening the relative movement between the cover member and the base member.
