When a turning speed of the sun visor body toward the storage position is a predetermined speed or lower, the damper braking force is smaller than a value obtained by subtracting turning force based on the weight of the sun visor body from the turning force of the urging member, and, when the turning speed exceeds the predetermined speed, the damper braking force is larger than or equal to the value obtained by subtracting the turning force based on the weight of the sun visor body from the turning force of the urging member.
