The load transmitting member can be arranged so as not to prevent a smooth ingress/egress action of a passenger, and a proper load-transmission function of the load transmission member when the impact load is inputted to a rear door from the vehicle side can be attained so as to effectively restrain the rear door from coming into a vehicle compartment.
