The reusable outer cover may be configured as a pull-on pant and may include a front waist region, a rear waist region, a crotch region disposed intermediate the front waist region and the rear waist region, and a wearer-facing surface. The wearer-facing surface of the front waist region or the rear waist region may include an insert fastener component. The reusable outer cover may further include a grasping aid configured to assist in the application of the article onto a wearer. The grasping aid may be force-coupled to the insert fastener component or to a reduced elongation zone in the reusable outer cover.
